1. Order Processing & Shipping Charges

Every order placed with Home Fabrics is reviewed and prepared with care before shipment.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order confirmation, preparation, and packaging before dispatch.

Busy Periods
During holidays, promotional periods, or other high-volume seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and fulfillment route. The following timeframes are general estimates:

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed arrival dates.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking details.

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment is created
  • A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package is not moving
  • Carrier scan activity can vary depending on the destination and local handling times

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs-related charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes or clearance charges, if applicable

Home Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or import procedures.

For many smaller household and textile items, additional charges may not occur, but customs policies vary by country and cannot be predicted in advance.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, changes must be requested as soon as possible.

If you need to:

  • update your shipping address
  • correct order details
  • request a cancellation

Once an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

We want you to receive your order in good condition. If there is an issue during delivery, please contact us and we will review the situation promptly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement when applicable.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that the shipment has been lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, a replacement may be arranged at no additional cost.
