Return & Refund Policy

At Home Fabrics, we want you to feel comfortable when placing an order with us. If something is not right, this policy explains the general terms for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and not worn
  • In the same condition as when delivered
  • Returned with original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.


2. Requesting a Return

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. In approved cases, return guidance will include the return destination and any shipping instructions required for the package.

Please note:

  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back
  • Packages returned without prior approval may not be accepted

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products are not eligible for return. These may include:

  • Final sale or clearance items

Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct product swaps in all cases. If you would like a different item, the usual process is:

  1. Request and complete a return for the original item, if eligible
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item you would like

This helps avoid delays and allows you to secure the item you want more quickly.


6. European Union Orders

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer regulations.

To qualify under this period:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be returned in original condition
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase may be required

This right applies where required by law and does not remove any additional rights that may apply under local regulations.


7. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • The refund will be sent back to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

Please keep in mind that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

8. Return Instructions and Address
